Five minutes of blunt feedback from you is worth more than a month of us guessing from the inside. What you write goes straight to the people building it, and it shapes what we ship next.
No ticket queue and no sales follow-up. Your response lands with the product team that writes the code.
We group responses by theme each month and rank them against work that is already scheduled. Requests we hear more than once genuinely move priority.
We report what shipped and what we decided against, so you can see whether your input landed instead of wondering where it went.
PareIT changed a great deal this year, and almost none of that came from a whiteboard. It came from customers telling us something was slower, clunkier, or less trustworthy than it should have been. We are planning the next stretch of work now, and we would rather build against what you actually hit on a Tuesday afternoon than what we imagine from the inside.
Anything is fair game. But these are the questions we are genuinely stuck on, so answer whichever ones you have an opinion about:
Feedback listing what is broken is worth considerably more to us than feedback listing what is fine. If something has annoyed you enough that you complained about it to a colleague, that is precisely the thing we want to read. You will not hurt our feelings, and you will not jeopardise anything about your account.
Responses go to the PareIT product team. We do not route them to sales, and answering does not put you on a call list. If you would like a direct reply, say so in the box and we will come back to you. If you would rather have the conversation live, the booking link on this page goes straight to a real calendar.
